AI reflections and data

Guiding words come from a curated collection; they are not generated live by AI. To generate journal reflections, we send your selected theme, guide periods, guiding words and their dictionary meanings, an optional sign lens, and up to 12 prior generated prompt texts to the configured AI service through Replit AI Integrations. This helps create relevant wording and reduce repetition. This journal-generation payload does not include your email, account ID, or full birth date, birth time, or birthplace.

Generated journal prompts and generation records are stored on our servers, linked to your account or guest session, to manage your allowance and avoid repeats. This differs from Astroguide chat, whose messages and replies are not saved as chat transcripts by AstroMentorship. AI requests are processed by Replit and the configured model provider under their applicable policies; this notice does not promise zero provider retention. Birth details

Birth date, time, and place are used to calculate placements when you choose to provide them. They are not written into constellation SVGs, invite URLs, or share messages.

Astroguide conversations

If you use AI chat, your message and server-owned guide context, including known sign placements and saved guide words, are sent to the configured AI service to create a reply. AstroMentorship does not persist the submitted chat message, generated reply, or assembled AI prompt as a chat transcript. Journal prompts and weekly AI content are stored separately, as described on this page. Replit and the configured model provider process requests under their applicable policies; this notice does not promise zero provider retention. Application request logs for this chat endpoint do not include message text. For anonymous abuse prevention, the server uses a short-lived HMAC digest of the transport source for a daily quota; it does not store or log the raw address, the digest rotates daily, and it is not used for advertising or account profiling. A separate shared daily budget also limits provider requests. Safety refusals are handled before an AI request whenever possible.

Weekly reflections and creator captions

For signed-in weekly content, we send the week, reading mode, known sign placements, a random creative nonce, and prior generated weekly content to the configured AI service through Replit AI Integrations. This request does not directly include your email, account ID, full birth date, birth time, or birthplace. This notice does not promise zero provider retention or an automatic deletion period for this content.

Account and choices

Your account may contain your email, birth profile, guide selections, reactions, remembered tone, language, and purchase status. You can edit your birth details, change optional preferences, and sign out. To request account and data deletion, email astromentorship@gmail.com. Requests are submitted through support, not an in-app account-deletion tool. Signing out does not delete stored data or cancel a subscription.

Sharing consent

Generic sharing keeps your word hidden unless you include it. Choosing “Share your word” prepares that current word for your review; you can remove it before posting. Nothing is posted automatically. Only the current words you choose are included; your full birth date, birth time, and birthplace are not included in card artwork or share messages.

Reminders and email

Native reminders are optional, generic, and scheduled on your device. Monthly recap email delivery is currently disabled.

App analytics

The mobile app may send allowlisted funnel events using random installation and session identifiers, not your account. Events do not include email, birth details, guide words, or written content. They are not sold or used for advertising and are eligible for cleanup after 180 days.

Stored invite cards and referral arrivals

If you create a private invite, its random token refers to a stored snapshot with the shared sign placements and, if included, the guiding word, its period and cycle date, and a birthday flag when applicable. Anyone with the link can view that snapshot. The link expires after 30 days; expiration does not mean the stored record is deleted. Token hashes and hashed random arrival identifiers help count unique arrivals. The referral record does not include your email, account identity, full birth date, birth time, or birthplace and grants no reward entitlement.
